Titan is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (Managed AI) to take client workflows from idea to live agent in the client's tenant, usually within a quarter. You own scoping, build, deployment, and handover, working directly with client teams and IT.

You’ll write connectors into Microsoft 365 and line-of-business systems, and build agents on Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot under the client’s controls. You own and measure success by live agents, user adoption, and delivery within the quoted fixed fee.

Competenze

• 4+ years of engineering experience, including client-facing work.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered agents and understanding model behavior.

Mansioni

• Own scoping, build, deployment and handover for client agent projects.
• Write connectors into Microsoft 365 and line-of-business systems; deploy in tenants.
• Collaborate with vCAIOs, other engineers, Product and GTM to deliver value.
