Job summary
Lift Truck Parts & Service - Brockton is seeking a detail-oriented Forklift Service Advisor/Parts Specialist to manage our industrial equipment service desk and parts inventory. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and field technicians, ensuring rapid uptime and precise parts sourcing for diverse forklift makes and models.
Role requires at least 2 years in material handling or related fields, with strong hydraulics and electrical systems knowledge, and experience with fleet
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in material handling, heavy equipment, or agricultural parts & service.
- Deep understanding of industrial hydraulics, 36V, 48V, 80V electrical systems and mast configurations.
- Proficiency with fleet management software and regional distribution hubs.
Responsibilities
- Intake & Dispatch: field incoming service requests and dispatch field technicians.
- Industrial Sourcing: identify and order parts using OEM catalogs.
- PM Tracking: oversee planned maintenance schedules for fleet accounts.
- Quoting & Billing: build accurate quotes for mast assemblies, hydraulic components, overhauls, battery replacements and tires.
- Overall: manage the service desk and parts inventory, acting as liaison between customers and technicians.
