Lift Truck Parts & Service in Brockton, MA seeks a Forklift Service Advisor/Parts Specialist to manage the industrial service desk and parts inventory. You will liaise between customers and field technicians to ensure rapid equipment uptime and precise parts sourcing for various forklift makes and models.

Qualifications

Experience- Minimum 2 years in material handling, heavy equipment, or agricultural parts & service.

Responsibilities

Intake & Dispatch- Field incoming service requests, diagnose operational symptoms over the phone, and dispatch field technicians efficiently.
Industrial Sourcing- Identify and order parts using specialized OEM catalogs.
PM Tracking- Oversee planned maintenance schedules for fleet accounts and proactively schedule routine servicing.
Quoting & Billing- Build accurate quotes for mast assemblies, hydraulic, overhauls, battery replacements and tires ensuring healthy shop margins.
