Job summary

Maverick Currencies, the foreign exchange, metals, and cryptocurrency division of Maverick Trading, is seeking self-directed traders to manage firm-funded accounts entirely remotely. This role operates under a performance-based independent contractor agreement, with no base salary and compensation tied to profits and risk controls.

Open to eligible candidates in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Eligible to contract as an independent trader in the US, Canada, or UK.
• Remote work and strict adherence to defined trading plans.
• Proficient in technical analysis, risk controls, and journaling trades.

Responsibilities

• Trade firm-funded accounts in FX, metals, and crypto per plan.
• Operate within risk framework with drawdown limits and sizing rules.
• Develop, test, and refine a trading plan with an assigned coach.
• Maintain a detailed trade journal and submit performance reports.
• Monitor price action, structure, and macro releases relevant to trades.
• Participate in coaching, reviews, and team calls.
• Complete training before trading with full capital allocation.
