Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other employment litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues.
• Prepare legal memoranda and case analyses.
• Review case files and supporting documents.
• Assist with case strategy and litigation support; manage deadlines.
• Provide additional back-end support as needed.
