Qualifications

• Active professional licenses in FL and CA (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or PsyD) required.
• Current NPI number.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and insurability.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong diagnostic and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to manage minimum caseload.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create/tune treatment plans and reviews; complete clinical documentation per policy.
• Maintain a minimum caseload.
• Provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.
• Deliver excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Collaborate with case managers, families, staff, and other Ellie personnel as needed.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Communicate with clients and staff respecting cultural diversity.
• Practice ethical conduct and comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
