Job summary

Unlimited Health Care Services Inc. is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our home health team in Fort Lauderdale and East Broward County.

This is a per diem, 1099 position that lets you choose visits that fit your schedule, offering flexible hours, work-life balance, and a path to additional income there.

As an LPN, you will provide hands-on nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of an RN and physician, with new graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation for home visits.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as directed by the plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patients and report changes in condition to the supervising RN and care team.
• Assist patients with prescribed plan of care and promote safety and independence at home.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatments, disease management, and home safety.
• Communicate with the RN, physician, and care team regarding patient needs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for each visit.
• Maintain compassionate and respectful relationships with patients and families.
