SES is seeking a Subject Matter Expert FISMA Security Analyst to support federal compliance and governance for all systems under the task order. This role supports the XGen DIGIT Director of Enterprise Security in managing IT Enterprise Security Management and IT Continuity Management Services for a digitally transforming agency.

The ideal candidate will lead RMF lifecycle activities, risk assessments, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 and agency standards.

Competenze

• Requires ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance and ITILv4 Foundation Certification.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments.
• Functions as security expert across multiple project assignments.
• Able to work independently in remote environment with limited supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication across staff and clients.
• Availability for standard DIGIT contract working hours and collaboration.

Mansioni

• Provide technical support to divisions designing security architectures and implementing IT security systems.
• Research and rollout enterprise security solutions leveraging license agreements with vendors.
• Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide information security capabilities.
• Analyze enterprise business models and IT systems to identify security risks and requirements.
• Define enterprise- and system-level security requirements and controls.
• Support RMF and NIST SP 800-53 control implementation and assessments.
• Assist with RMF/FISMA documentation, including SSPs and AARs.
• Propose technical solutions to reduce risk and meet compliance objectives.
• Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and risk reporting to stakeholders.
• Assess APIs, data exchanges, and automation for security risks and protection of data.
• Support RPA security risk management and credential control.
