Job summary

Groove Global LLC is seeking a Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant responsible for delivering high-impact Workday solutions. You will design, configure, and deploy Absence and Time Tracking solutions across full-lifecycle implementations and provide post-production support.

The position requires 2–5 years of experience in Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking along with strong problem-solving skills. The role offers remote flexibility and the chance to work in a high-growth consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or post‑production support.
• Knowledge of time tracking integrations (payroll, scheduling, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations.
• Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues.

Skills

Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Education

Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification
