Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a CX Trading Program Manager to own end-to-end support for trading products, reducing friction and accelerating product launches. You will bridge Trading product teams with CX operations to improve retention and customer outcomes.

You will define strategy for high-value segments, set prioritization, and lead cross-functional operating models involving Sales, Concierge, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product. Strong leadership and KPI expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management within CX or product operations.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
• Ability to define strategy and measure impact with KPI and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of trading product domains with launch readiness and performance scorecards.
• Lead the high net worth CX program end-to-end with cross-functional coordination.
• Define strategy, prioritization frameworks, and align across Sales, Compliance/Risk, and Trading product.
• Build and execute multi-quarter improvement roadmap combining in-product fixes and CX improvements.
• Coordinate CX readiness for Tier 1 launches across Product, WFM, L&D, and Tooling; measure impact on CSAT and adoption.
• Surface voice-of-customer themes through regular reviews and executive-ready reporting.
