Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in marketing and customer service
• Experience with associations or nonprofits preferred
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills required
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in project management tools (Asana preferred) and analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of journal promotion strategies at major conferences and meetings
• Oversee exhibit logistics including budgeting, registration, contracts, and on-site coordination
• Manage promotional inventory from procurement to distribution
• Create and edit high-impact marketing content for ads, collateral, and trade show materials
• Collaborate with designers and vendors to ensure brand consistency
• Develop post-event messaging and follow-up strategies for key segments
• Track and report campaign performance across email, social, and events
• Coordinate journal catalog lifecycle and timely distribution
• Plan and support stakeholder events and vendor coordination
• Ensure web content accuracy for librarian and journal pages through audits
