You will lead critical initiatives across Security, Product, and Policy, balancing high-stakes requirements with scalable, robust engineering solutions and responsible AI usage to enhance workflow efficiency and security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building highly available, distributed systems.
• Deep domain expertise in applied cryptography, KMS or HSM, with safe cryptographic protocol implementation.
• Experience in Golang, Java, C++, or Rust in a Golang-heavy environment.
• Proven track record delivering secure, low-latency, resilient infrastructure at scale.
• Experience leading technical strategy and architecture for large projects with regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and execution of cryptographic infrastructure for global regulatory compliance.
• Define technical strategies with a multi-quarter horizon for novel cryptographic solutions.
• Own ambitious initiatives with secure, resilient cryptographic protocols in zero-trust environments.
• Shape engineering quality practices and drive rigorous code reviews within senior teams.
• Coordinate with Security, Product, and Policy to secure alignment and flawless execution.
