Qualifications

• Experience building calibrated statistical decision systems with stated error rates.
• Deep expertise in statistics and probability, able to design experiments and defend error rates.
• Background in verifying untrusted compute, cryptographic proofs, and trusted hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own the threat model across pre-training, post-training, and inference, and keep it current.
• Design and calibrate tests with explicit error rates for heterogeneous hardware.
• Ship the verifier by building and operating the verification service in the inference path.
