Job summary

Augmodo is seeking a Quality Specialist to lead the quality standardization across our labeling operations. You will collaborate with CV/Data Ops teams to create, maintain, and improve the quality pipeline, ensuring high-trust annotations for production labeling in a remote-first environment.

You will curate golden datasets, develop certification materials, monitor drift, and perform rigorous audits to sustain gold standard datasets for 2D/3D annotation workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data annotation and QA, incl. reviewing/ calibrating annotators' work.
• Experience with enterprise annotation platforms (Encord or equivalents).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to define defensible quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain quality standards and benchmark datasets.
• Create training materials and certification tests for onboarding.
• Audit datasets for gold standard quality and manage edge-case scoring.
