DEPT® is seeking a Programmatic Manager to provide strategic leadership within our client services team. You will be responsible for driving programmatic strategy, cultivating client relationships, and managing a team of direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in programmatic media, expertise in retail marketplaces, and be fluent in multiple DSPs.

Salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $118,000, depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Programmatic media experience, preferably in CTV, Display, Video.
• Expertise in retail marketplaces like Walmart, Target, Best Buy.
• Fluent in DSPs (TTD & DV360 preferred) and Ad Servers.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
