You will own full-lifecycle recruiting for senior-level roles across Core, partnering with senior leaders to understand talent needs and scale hiring processes globally. This role emphasizes building pipelines, data-driven decisions, and responsible use of AI to improve efficiency while keeping a human touch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment.
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets.
• Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with metrics.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles across your Core portfolio.
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into search strategies.
• Drive data integrity and use analytics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs for global markets.
