CrowdStrike is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure team to lead a remote-first group of engineers building and maintaining a scalable, cloud-based platform. You will mentor 3–6 full-stack developers, provide technical guidance, and help steer roadmaps for reliable software delivery.

The ideal candidate brings Go and TypeScript expertise, cloud-native experience on AWS, and strong people leadership with a track record of delivery. Collaboration with senior leadership is key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management leading software teams.
• Extensive hands-on Golang development.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript and web tech experience.
• Experience with cloud-native infra, AWS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows.
