Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Strategic Program Lead to drive regional CX initiatives across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. You will ensure launches are locally adapted, compliant, and optimized with regional partners, shaping the customer experience globally.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance and CX teams to deliver scalable programs, monitor performance, and maintain governance while using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in program management within customer support operations.
• Ability to use data to prioritize issues and measure CX outcomes.
• Experience across regulated markets (EMEA, APAC) with compliance basics.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance and Ops.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own regional launch readiness for local markets.
• Surface regional friction and escalate to program managers.
• Adapt global programs to local regulatory and cultural contexts.
• Collaborate with regional leads to ensure legal and experience quality.
• Represent regional needs in global forums and roadmap discussions.
