• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow quality, cost, and speed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end frontend development for core card experiences on web and mobile.
• Build new user-facing features like authorized card users and real-time status trackers.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to scope and ship projects that reduce CX contact rates.
• Identify frontend performance bottlenecks and drive improvements in CUJ latency and availability SLOs.
