• Drive novel agreement frameworks and deliver practical legal advice balancing risk with speed
• Partner cross-functionally with BD, Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance/Tax, and Compliance
• Build scalable commercial playbooks and risk-mitigation strategies to accelerate deal timelines
• Identify issues beyond core expertise and coordinate with specialists and outside counsel
