Job summary

Pratham International is seeking an AI/ML Solution Architect to bridge discovery and delivery for national-scale education AI systems. You will shape architecture for RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and cloud-based LLMOps, ensuring governance, cost control, and secure student data handling.

Role involves client workshops, architecture packs, and mentoring engineers while delivering production-grade workflows across international programmes in education technology.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building software or data/AI systems.
• Shipped at least one production AI/ML system (RAG, multi-agent, or LLM-as-judge).
• Delivery-ready architecture blueprint with services, data stores, and cost considerations.
• Deep cloud experience on Azure and/or AWS.
• Fluent in Python for production ML workflows.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with non-engineers (domain experts, stakeholders).
• Knowledge of FinOps and cost-aware design.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution workshops with programme, ministry, and engineering stakeholders.
• Convert requirements into service cuts, data stores, and architecture decisions.
• Write architecture decision records and drive decisions to production.
• Design LLM jobs as contracts with schemas, costs, and latency considerations.
• Architect generation with curriculum-based knowledge-grounding and retrieval.
• Produce POVs, sequence packs, and workshop artefacts for reuse.
