Qualifications

• Lead the Neutral Foundations pillar and establish a 2027 strategy and roadmap.
• Drive operational excellence of the AI primitives/services.
• Deliver LLM Gateway and MCP Gateway; pave the road for model routing and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Foundations engineering, including hiring, coaching, technical direction, prioritization, and delivery across shared AI services.
• Partner with Product and senior engineers to balance rapid model/agent innovation with reliability, security, and cost.
• Own engineering-side vendor relationships and operational readiness; collaborate on AI governance and spend controls.
