Job summary

Coinbase is offering a 12-week Accounting Internship for Summer 2027. As an Accounting Intern, you’ll join the Accounting team within Finance and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of accounting operations while collaborating with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Source-to-Pay.

You’ll contribute to balance sheet reconciliations, system implementations, and support month- and quarter-end close, with exposure to international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BA/BS in Accounting or related field with foundational US GAAP knowledge.
• Demonstrated analytical ability applied to accounting contexts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and schedules for month-end close.
• Collaborate with Global GL Operations, Revenue Accounting, and other teams across US and international stakeholders.
• Support audits and maintain process documentation and internal controls.
