Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking experienced Advertising Principals to review and approve advisor marketing materials in a FINRA-regulated environment. You will work directly with financial advisors to ensure communications meet regulatory requirements while maintaining strong client service.

This contract role is remote through December, with possible extension. Location options include Tempe, AZ, and nearby areas for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active FINRA licenses required (Series 7 and Series 24).
• Experience reviewing advisor marketing materials for FINRA-regulated communications.
• Experience editing and redlining advertising content to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide compliant alternatives and guidance to advisors.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve a variety of advisor communications and marketing materials (websites, business cards, newsletters, brochures, seminars, publications, social content).
• Perform redlines and ensure FINRA regulatory compliance across materials.
• Guide advisors with compliant alternatives and resolve compliance concerns with stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client service and effective communication standards.
