Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks a Compliance professional to join our team. The role conducts 75–125 examinations yearly, with up to 50% travel across the United States. You will discuss exam expectations with branch management and prepare high-quality reports.

Requirements include 3+ years in financial services compliance, FINRA Series 7, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Base salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 with discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Financial Services—Compliance or Branch Exams preferred.
• Deep knowledge of retail brokerage, investment advisory products (mutual funds, annuities, stocks, bonds).
• FINRA Series 7 is required; Series 24 preferred or must be obtained within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 75–125 comprehensive examinations per year.
• Travel up to 50% across the United States.
• Coordinate exam expectations with branch management and prepare reports.
