This role offers coachable individuals the chance to develop real-world sales and business skills with structured training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and leadership opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, athletics, or other people-focused roles is a strong foundation.
• No prior insurance or financial services experience is required; training will be provided.
• Motivated, ambitious, and coachable with a desire to grow professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information.
• Conduct financial protection consultations by phone and Zoom.
• Learn how to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Build and manage your own book of business.
• Develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills.
• Build and manage your client pipeline.
• Work toward obtaining your life insurance license with training and support.
