This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role. You can design a schedule with part-time or full-time options, work remotely, and build a scalable business with coaching, systems, and carrier support.

Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health agents preferred but not required.
• Willing to obtain a license with guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to identify financial protection needs.
• Educate clients on available insurance and retirement solutions.
• Recommend customized coverage options based on goals and budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and lead resources.
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing policyholders.
• Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and products.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
