Job summary

Compassion International, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst III to serve as a ministry-wide financial reporting leader and trusted business partner. You will prepare executive-level reports, dashboards and variance analyses, while leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for assigned departments.

You will translate complex data into clear insights for leadership and build strong relationships with department leaders to provide financial guidance and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of finance experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Experience serving as a financial business partner to department leaders through budgeting, forecasting, reporting and planning.
• Strong systems acumen with planning and reporting tools (Adaptive Planning, Office Connect).

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for ministry and department leadership with actionable insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for assigned functions.
• Provide financial analysis and decision support to department leaders.
• Collaborate with Financial Systems Team on data accuracy and reporting tools.
• Develop financial models of scenarios for future planning decisions.
• Coach other financial analysts as needed.
