Job summary

Simera is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. The role focuses on interpreting financial information, identifying trends, and delivering insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other teams to maintain accurate models and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; strong accounting principles
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet modeling skills
• Ability to analyze large data sets and communicate results clearly
• Experience with financial systems and BI tools

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data, business performance, and operational metrics.
• Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and analytical tools.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and key financial indicators.
• Perform variance analysis and explain differences between actual and planned results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Collect, organize, and validate financial information from multiple sources.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other teams to gather information.
• Maintain accurate financial models and supporting documentation.
