Job summary

BJC HealthCare is seeking a finance analyst to provide complex financial analysis, forecasting, and budget-to-actual variance reviews for clinical service lines. You will partner with hospital and operational leaders to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business/related.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• CPA preferred; master's degree encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis of financial data including clinical service line reporting and forecasts.
• Performs variance analysis of budget vs. actual results and explains variances.
• Supports operating and capital budget development and analysis.
• Conducts external BI research and maintains decision support databases.
• Maintains cost allocations and links finance insights to operations.
