Stratford Davis LLC in Florida is seeking ambitious, customer-focused sales professionals to join our virtual advisory team. You will help clients protect their futures with customized life insurance and retirement plans, working remotely with direct mentorship and modern software.

Responsibilities include consulting warm leads, presenting tailored options, managing the sales pipeline, and educating clients on Life Insurance and Indexed Universal Life. Flexible 3–4 day weeks are available.

Competenze

• High motivation to excel in an uncapped, performance-based earnings model.
• Clear, empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and productive while working remotely.
• Eagerness to learn and apply leadership feedback.
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential.

Mansioni

• Consult warm leads via virtual meetings; no cold calling.
• Assess customer goals and present tailored life insurance and annuities.
• Manage pipeline and track interactions using our CRM.
