Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead – Finance Strategy, Special Projects and Solution Design to drive high-impact initiatives across Finance.

You will translate complex challenges into actionable solutions, partner with Finance leadership, and lead initiatives from concept through implementation in a remote-friendly environment. You will advance portfolio management, prioritize investments, report progress, and realize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years in strategy, transformation, process improvement, or similar.
• 2+ years leading complex projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects focused on process improvement, solution design, and operating model transformation.
• Partner with Finance leaders to assess needs and design solutions addressing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage tech for Finance performance.
• Develop Finance target-state capabilities and strategic roadmaps.
• Analyze options to help leaders evaluate investments and decisions.
• Drive execution including planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for alignment and improvement.
• Coordinate across Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, Governance, and business teams.
• Develop exec-level presentations and communications on objectives and value.
• Support change management, including communications and capability-building.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and value metrics.
