Job summary

Turing is seeking Experts in finance to collaborate with researchers to enhance AI model performance across capital markets, portfolio management, and related finance domains. This role requires 2+ years in finance and strong English communication.

Work fully remotely with flexible hours, approximately 10-30 hrs/week for around one month, with potential extension based on project needs. CFA/CA/MBA credentials are considered bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quant, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Growth Equity, FP&A, Accounting, Financial Consulting or any other Finance role experience.
• Strong grasp of financial concepts (investment analysis, resarch, forecasting, revenue builds, corporate finance, asset management, risk management, etc.) based on your domain of expertise.
• Excellent English written communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate LLM models for areas of finance where models do not perform well.
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on specific areas of your finance expertise (such as deal analysis, M&A assessments, and more).
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Role overview:

Turing is looking for Experts in finance to work with our researchers to improve performance of AI models. We are looking for experts across a range of topics including capital markets, portfolio management, research, trading, quant, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, accounting, and others.
