Job summary

DataAnnotation is hiring a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios, check the valuation assumptions and the accounting behind them, and write judgments that teach models what defensible finance work looks like.

As a Finance Expert you will stress-test three-statement models, trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers and broken drivers, and write the defensible analysis with honest assumptions and clear drivers for CFO-level consideration.

Qualifications

• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
