Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-built financial analyses on real corporate scenarios and verify the underlying assumptions and accounting logic. You will trace dependencies and spotlight where models misstate numbers, crafting defensible analyses for CFO-ready decisions.

You’ll assess three-statement linkages, DCF foundations, and working-capital treatment, producing precise judgments and clear, teachable outputs for model improvements.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and the working-capital logic underneath.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
