AfterQuery is offering a remote, project-based Investment Banking / Private Equity Expert role for professionals with 1–3 years of experience. Expect 10–20 hours per week over 2–3 weeks, with pay ranging from $60 to $100 per hour depending on project scope and performance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and accounting.
• Experience with corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, APV).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and answer financial questions.
• Perform corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, APV).
• Apply complex accounting principles to real-world scenarios (NOLs, DTAs, operating leases).
• Complete investment banking and private equity style analysis.
