Job summary

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking a self-motivated, flexible, remote sales professional to help families review and select mortgage protection coverage. The role includes client outreach, research, and meetings, with light administrative follow-up and training provided.

Compensation is commission-only with uncapped potential; full-time or part-time options are available. Training is provided to help you succeed, and meetings may be in-person or remote based on your preference.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Client Outreach (6–8 hrs/week): Connect with individuals who have already requested information and schedule a time to review their coverage needs.
• Preparation & Research (4–5 hrs/week): Review client information and prepare personalized coverage options based on their financial situation.
• Client Meetings (2 days/week): Meet with clients virtually or in person to walk through options and help them apply for coverage.
• Light Admin (2 hrs/week): Follow up on applications and communicate with insurance carriers as needed.
