Sentrillion seeks a Full-Time Field Technology Specialist to maintain computer and camera surveillance systems across a geographic region, handling data networks, DVRs, power supplies, and fiber optics. You will install, update, and maintain hardware and software while tracking assets and maintenance records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred), knowledge of telecom systems, electronics, and the ability to obtain a government security clearance and travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Solid foundation in computers, data networks, digital video systems, and fiber optics.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications, including transmission, switching, and control.
• Familiarity with circuit boards, processors, and both hardware and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer and camera surveillance systems across a geographic region.
• Install, update, and maintain hardware and software while ensuring asset accountability and maintenance records.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Travel approximately 85% of the time to field sites.
