Job summary

DEUTZ Corporation is seeking a Remote Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, and repair diesel and other drive systems at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on DEUTZ and non-DEUTZ equipment, coordinating with service, parts, and engineering teams.

The role requires strong problem-solving, reliability, and the ability to work in a team in a remote setting. Domestic and international travel up to 100% is anticipated, with a focus on safety and quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of shop tech experience; 2+ years field/remote tech required.
• Valid driver’s license and DOT medical card status.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 100%.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for NG/CNG engines.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform engine and equipment repairs.
• Pre-order parts and materials for repairs.
• Ensure repairs comply with manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain DOT-compliant service vehicles.
• Communicate respectfully with customers.
