Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology with 1+ years' experience servicing critical power equipment
• Associates degree in electrical technology with 3+ years' experience servicing critical power equipment
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience servicing critical power equipment
• Advanced ability to interact and communicate information to varying levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Project management capabilities using MS Project or Excel
• Ability to write test plans and reports detailing results
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Work authorization to work in the US for ABB

Responsibilities

• Work on-site with customers to identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Perform field service tasks including troubleshooting on-site
• Prepare material lists and ensure quality standards
• Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs and upgrades
• Build positive customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
• Detect potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions
• Provide management with recommendations to improve operations and service quality
