Job summary

Avante Health Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for the Greater Memphis Area, TN. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and validating diagnostic imaging equipment, with 50-75% travel to customer sites.

This remote position does not require daily attendance at an Avante office. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in biomedical/electrical/electronics or related field and at least six years of Philips/Siemens CV/CT troubleshooting experience, with

Qualifications

Associate degree in biomedical, electrical/electronics, or computer engineering technology or equivalent
Minimum of six years of Philips/Siemens CV/CT diagnostic imaging equipment troubleshooting and repair experience
Advanced troubleshooting knowledge of multi-OEM, multi-modality field service is a plus

Responsibilities

Onsite primary support for customers within assigned territory for contract, warranty, and billable service calls
Communicate with Service Support to provide follow-up information and bring issues to closure
Maintain professional customer interactions and uphold company values
Troubleshoot and repair ultrasound systems to OEM specifications
Travel to customer sites for diagnosis, PMs, and related duties
