Job summary

United Imaging is seeking a remote field service engineer to support diagnostic imaging systems across the US. The role requires strong customer-facing skills and proven troubleshooting ability for hardware, software, and IT networking within radiology equipment.

Qualified candidates hold an associate degree and have experience with MR/CT/PET-CT/X-ray systems. Expect extensive travel, vendor coordination, and ongoing product training to advance UIH certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technical field preferred.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across hardware, mechanical, and software systems.
• Good IT skills with Windows, Office, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support that delights customers and sets industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center to troubleshoot, maintain, and update products.
• Support new medical imaging system launches in the US market.
• Escalate issues promptly to ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Install UIH diagnostic imaging equipment in the assigned geographic region.
• Attend training courses and work toward UIH Professional Certificate.
