Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength is seeking a Field Sales Associate to grow Health Club accounts across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This remote, field-based role is 3+ days on the road per week, with travel to clubs and events, requiring strong relationship skills with owners, operators and fitness directors.

You'll be paired with a seasoned mentor and gain hands-on experience in territory management and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts across Health Club accounts throughout the territory.
• Build relationships with club owners, operators, fitness directors, and facility decision-makers.
• Assist in managing opportunities from initial conversations through project completion.
• Support facility planning, equipment replacement initiatives, and new club development projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market opportunities.
• Travel throughout the territory to meet customers and attend events.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
