Qualifications

• Experience in field marketing, experiential marketing, retail marketing, or related areas.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in movement, wellness, recovery, healthcare, fitness, running, walking, and community culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Ability to build authentic relationships with retailers, consumers, and community organizations.
• Comfortable leading product education and consumer engagement conversations.
• Experience with event execution, grassroots marketing, or content capture is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media and content-sharing best practices is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product education and training sessions for retail staff and partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, store leadership, and community partners.
• Execute retail activations, events, and experiential marketing programs.
• Capture authentic photo/video content from visits, events, and trainings for storytelling.
• Track participation, engagement, and activation results; share insights in field reports.
• Travel to accounts as needed and support activation logistics.
