Responsibilities

• Adhere to specific requirements based on the case manager's instructions.
• Conduct video surveillance as assigned.
• Complete investigations and secure documents as instructed.
• Submit videotaped results and notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate regularly with the case manager about assignments.
