EXL Service Holdings, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join the EXL Survey and Risk Control team as Field Insurance Inspectors. You will conduct field surveys, collect data, and help assess risk for residential and commercial properties.

Based from a home office with daily travel to client sites around San Mateo, CA, you will collaborate with our risk control professionals to support underwriting and risk improvement efforts. The role offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance/loss control industry desirable
• Knowledge of construction and real estate business is a plus
• Able to travel daily to client sites

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys at client sites to document findings
• Inspect properties and collect data for risk assessment
• Produce clear reports with recommendations
• Coordinate with underwriting teams on risk improvement
