Job summary

Osmose is seeking a Field Engineering Supervisor I to independently oversee safety, productivity, and quality of advanced diagnostics for underground power cables at customer sites across the U.S. The role requires leading field teams, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with remote support for complex diagnostics.

The position is remote within the continental United States with up to 70% travel and includes a lucrative bonus program. Houston, TX area is preferred for candidate location.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for field assignments using pre-project information.
• Formulate project plans with customer field supervisors to meet objectives.
• Provide on-site training on safety, test equipment and procedures.
