Job summary

Medtronic plc seeks a Principal Field Clinical Specialist to support Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies. The role emphasizes clinical education, site management, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel is about 75%, including international travel, and a remote work setup is provided to accelerate patient outcomes.

You will educate investigators, support multi-site trials, and serve as a technical resource between engineering and customers, driving safe patient outcomes and program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of clinical support experience (field clinical specialist/clinical engineer or hospital experience).
• Associate degree holder with 6+ years of clinical support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of clinical support experience.
• Advanced degree with 2+ years of clinical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site education and/or consulting for Medtronic customers.
• Supports field personnel to achieve optimal outcomes and service.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to plan enrollment and growth opportunities.
• Represents technical product and solution knowledge to customers.
