24-MAG LLC is offering an independent contractor opportunity for experienced Federal Staff Reporting Analysts with strong expertise in military writing, federal documentation standards, and compliance-focused communication to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project.

Selected professionals will create and review authentic federal reporting materials, develop reference responses, evaluate submissions, and help establish rigorous standards for AI-generated staff reporting across federal

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal reporting or staff-writing experience.
• Experience with DoD or federal environments.
• Experience producing WARs, SITREPs, after-action reports or executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine authentic federal and military reporting materials.
• Develop Weekly Action Reports (WARs), SITREPs, after-action summaries, and executive briefings.
• Apply federal terminology, structure, tone, and reporting conventions.
• Produce clear written summaries reflecting operational and administrative requirements.
• Maintain standards for factual accuracy and audience suitability.
