Job summary

Lawelawe Technology Services in San Diego, CA, seeks a Contracts Management Analyst to support the Defense Health Network Pacific Rim Headquarters. You will provide analytical, administrative, and documentation support to acquisition and contracts management personnel.

The role requires knowledge of FAR, DoD procurement, and strong communication; on-site reporting in Pacific Time, and ability to coordinate with government personnel and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years federal contract management experience.
• FAR knowledge and contracting certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Support federal procurement and contract management activities from planning to closeout.
• Research requirements, review docs, identify missing information.
• Prepare and review acquisition packages and market research.
• Track milestones, funding, and performance data.
• Analyze contract data, maintain tracking tools, prepare reports.
• Identify issues and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve gaps and meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate contract records and protect sensitive information.
• Perform tasks under direction; authority rests with officials.
